Floorings for sport hall

Multi-purpose Point Elastic sports flooring, consisting of two layers
of natural and synthetic rubber and an elastic foam supporting
underlay. The calendered and vulcanised layers are joined during
the production and form Mondoflex II.
Surface layer with a smooth, non slip and anti-reflective finish.
The three-layered structure gives the flooring modulated density
and hardness to ensure

Durability
The vulcanization process of the rubber gives the flooring a life
expectancy of over 15 years, under normal use and maintenance
conditions
Timeless biomechanical properties
The hardening process of the rubber is clearly inferior to other
materials and allows to maintain the biomechanical quality of the
flooring longer
No heat welding joints, longer lasting
Under standard conditions the floor does not need weld joints, the first
to be damaged by wear

Mondoflex II + Everlay = Waterproof coupling
Mondoflex II can be combined to the waterproofing underlayment Everlay during installation that is dry laid on a suitable
subsurface.The combination is effective against moisture problems and prevents
the formation of surface bubbles.
Eco-compatibility
The Mondoflex II Environmental Product declaration (EPD) for the LCA analysis was implemented in January 2013: tests showed
that it is 19% less impacting on the environment. The Mondoflex II rubber material is considered solid urban waste and therefore
easily disposable in a normal landfill. Tests carried out at independent laboratories have shown that Mondoflex II has a remarkably
low level of VOC emissions into the air.

Everlay is available in various thicknesses to meet any specific customer requirements.

Stabilising, waterproofing and insulating fibreglass underlay, treated on both sides with synthetic elastomeric resins, with a
series of stems in expanded resin on the underside. It can be dry-installed and forms a continuous base with excellent resistance
to damp. Underlay suitable for Indoor Mondo sports floorings installed with polyurethane resin-based adhesives.

Can be used in combination with Mondoflex II, Mondoflex and
Mondosport I.
With minimum thickness there is already significant isolation against
humidity arising from the subfloor.

The combination with Mondoflex II, Mondoflex or Mondosport I ensures
an excellent isolation against humidity arising from the subfloor and good
shock absorption.
In particular, in combination with Mondoflex II it reaches a value of 35%
KA as P2 product, according to the EN14904 standard.

Can be used in combination with Mondoflex. Also in this thickness variant,
Everlay guarantees high resistance to humidity with an efficient level of
shock absorption.

PVC flooring is one of the most used floorings on indoor sports
halls. It is produced in roll shape. These covers have all
characteristics for comfortable and safe game. Amortization and
sound insulation, being not slippery, environmentally friendly, wear
resistance, universal access lets this flooring to be applied on held
of professional and amateur sporting events.

PVC cover consists of 3 main layers:
1. The main relief contact PVC layer (0.7-1.1mm)
2. Stabilization fiberglass middle layer
3. PVC foam bottom layer

These covers get fully ready for montage and pasted to concrete
base.
